What's covered:

• Tarnishing or color fading
• Skin discoloration (green/black marks)
• Any form of oxidation

What's not covered:

• Physical damage (broken clasp, snapped chain)
• Lost stones or components
• Damage from chemicals, chlorine pools, or perfume applied directly on jewelry

How to claim: WhatsApp us clear photos of the issue along with your order number at +91 92176 07614. If your product faces a valid tarnish issue within 6 months, please send it to our address for inspection. Once verified, we'll help with the replacement as per our Tarnish-Free Promise.

A warranty card with these details is included in every Vibrani order.

Orders ship within 24 hours from our facility in India. Free standard delivery in 3–5 business days nationwide. Cash on Delivery available on all orders.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
