Our shipping policy
Free shipping on ALL orders. No minimum threshold, no fine print. Whether you spend โน249 on a single pair of earrings or โน2,000 on a stack โ shipping is on us.
Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed (MondayโSaturday). Sunday orders ship on Monday.
We use India's trusted courier partners โ Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Shiprocket โ depending on your pin code. You'll always get a tracking link.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India with no extra charge. Pay the full amount in cash to the delivery person when your order arrives.
Things to know about COD:
- Available on orders up to โน5,000
- No additional COD charges โ same price as online
- Some remote pin codes may not support COD (you'll see this at checkout)
- COD orders may ship 1 day later than prepaid orders

Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via:
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- Email with the courier name and tracking ID
- WhatsApp message (if you opted in at checkout)

If the tracking link isn't updating or you can't find your shipping info, just WhatsApp +91 92176 07614 with your order number. We'll send you the real-time status within minutes.
If something goes wrong
Package didn't arrive on time?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date by more than 3 business days, WhatsApp us immediately. We'll trace the package, push the courier, or arrange a replacement if needed.
Package arrived damaged or tampered?
Do not accept a parcel that looks visibly damaged or tampered with. Refuse the delivery and message us right away with photos of the damaged package. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Wrong item or missing piece?
Take a photo of the contents and packing slip, then WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review it quickly and guide you through replacement or refund support for the incorrect item.
Order marked delivered but didn't receive it?
Sometimes couriers mark a parcel as delivered prematurely. Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/building security. If it still doesn't show up, message us with your order number and we'll initiate a courier investigation.
Need to change your address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, address changes are usually possible. WhatsApp us at +91 92176 07614 with your order number and the corrected address within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once a package has shipped, we can't reroute it through the courier system. However, we can sometimes coordinate with the courier on your behalf to redirect to a nearby address โ though this isn't guaranteed.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap โ we want to do it right (taxes, duties, returns infrastructure) before launching globally.
