Tarnishing, discoloration, color fading, green or black skin staining, and oxidation — anything that points to the metal failing within 6 months of delivery.
What's not covered: physical damage (bending, breakage), broken clasps from pulling, lost stones, chemical damage from perfumes or chlorine, and normal wear after 6 months.
The 6 months start from the date your order is delivered — not from the date you placed the order or the date you started wearing it.
If you get a replacement piece under the promise, the 6 months reset from your new delivery date. So you're always covered.
Yes. Free shipping on ALL orders, no minimum. No "free shipping over ₹999" gimmicks. Buy a single ₹249 pair of earrings — still ships free.
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days across India. Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Sat).
Metro cities usually get it in 2–3 days. Remote pin codes can take up to 7 days.
Yes — COD available across most pin codes in India with no extra charge. Just select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.

Once the return/refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

We do not offer general exchanges for change of mind. Support is available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Premium stainless steel. It's hypoallergenic, nickel-free, waterproof, and doesn't tarnish — properties that brass and standard alloy jewelry don't have.
Our gold pieces are stainless steel with a high-quality gold-tone finish (PVD coated), which is much more durable than traditional gold plating.
Yes. You can shower, swim in pools, sweat at the gym, and wear it in the rain — none of it will tarnish, rust, or fade your pieces.
For long-term best results, we still recommend avoiding prolonged saltwater (beach) and chlorine exposure — but a quick dip is fine.
Highly unlikely. Premium stainless steel is hypoallergenic and nickel-free — it's safe for even the most sensitive skin types. If you've reacted to other jewelry before, this should be a non-issue.
And if it does cause skin staining within 6 months, the Promise covers it.
