We can offer this because we're confident in our quality. Vibrani uses premium stainless steel โ the kind trusted in Korea and Europe for years. It doesn't oxidize, doesn't react with sweat or water, and doesn't fade like plated jewelry does. The promise isn't marketing โ it's a guarantee built on what the material can actually do.
What's covered, what's not.
We want to be transparent so there's never any confusion later.
- Tarnishing (yellowing, dulling, or darkening of the finish)
- Discoloration or color fading from normal wear
- Green or black skin staining caused by the piece
- Any form of oxidation during regular daily wear
- Any of the above occurring within 6 months from delivery date
- Physical damage (dropping, denting, scratching)
- Broken clasps, snapped chains from rough handling
- Lost stones, charms, or detachable components
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine pools, or saltwater
- Damage from perfume sprayed directly on the jewelry
- Normal wear-and-tear from extended daily use

A few important notes.
We're not going to bury anything in legalese. Here's everything you should know:
- 6 months means 6 months from delivery date โ not from when you opened the box, not from when you first wore it. We use the delivery date stamped on your order.
- One replacement claim per product per order โ if the replacement piece also tarnishes within the original 6-month window (very unlikely), let us know and we'll work it out.
- If your style is sold out when you claim, we'll offer you either a similar piece of equal value or store credit. Your choice.
- This is separate from returns and refunds. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Promise claims require inspection. Customers must send the product to the address shared by our team before replacement support can be confirmed.
- Keep your order confirmation. We need your order number to verify the claim. If you don't have it, no stress โ share the email or phone number you used to order.
- The promise is non-transferable. It applies to the original buyer only.
Why we offer this promise.
We started Vibrani because we were tired of fashion jewelry that lasted two weeks. Tired of green necks, black wrists, and the constant cycle of buying-discarding-buying.
When we switched to premium stainless steel, our pieces stopped failing. So when we say "never tarnishes", we mean it โ and we'll stand behind it.
Most brands won't offer this kind of promise because they can't. Their material won't survive 6 months of daily wear. Ours will. The 6-Month Promise isn't a marketing gimmick โ it's just confidence in our product made tangible.
