Every Vibrani piece is backed by our 6-Month Tarnish-Free Promise. If your product faces a valid tarnish issue within 6 months, please send it to our address for inspection. Once verified, we'll help with the replacement as per our Tarnish-Free Promise. It covers tarnishing, discoloration, and skin reactions. It doesn't cover physical damage, broken clasps, or chemical exposure. We're that confident in our quality.

Will it cause any skin reaction?+

Premium stainless steel is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. It's safe for even the most sensitive skin. If you've reacted to other jewelry before, this should be a non-issue. And if it does cause a valid skin discoloration issue in 6 months, we'll help with replacement after inspection.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
